Exeter Supply Partnership
Monthly Content Support & Website Re-structure
Exeter Supply Partnership supports both schools and education staff, which meant their website needed to work for two very different groups of people.
Over time, information for schools and educators had become mixed together, making it harder for visitors to quickly find what they were looking for.
Working closely with the team, I reviewed the existing website content and reorganised it into two distinct sections. One for schools and one for educators.
The aim wasn't to rewrite the website. It was to make better use of the content that was already there, helping visitors find the right information more easily and creating a clearer journey through the site.
Alongside the website project, I continue to support ESP with their social media, email marketing and blog content, helping ensure their messaging stays clear and consistent across all channels.
My role included:
Reviewing the existing website content and structure
Splitting the site into clear audience pathways (schools and educators)
Rewriting and refining key pages for clarity and ease of use
Improving overall flow so users could find what they needed more quickly
Ensuring tone remained consistent and appropriate for both audiences
Supporting ongoing content across social media, email, and blog
The result is a clearer, more structured website that works for both audiences. Making it easier for people to find what they need and take the next step.
“Working with Amy has been a fantastic experience. She quickly understood our organisation, brand, and voice, and seamlessly applies this insight to the work she supports us with. Collaborating with Amy has been invaluable—she brings a fresh perspective and new ideas, which is especially valuable when it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day.”
