Exeter Supply Partnership

Website Re-structure & Ongoing Content Support

Exeter Supply Partnership supports both schools and education staff, which meant their website needed to speak clearly to two very different audiences.

Over time, the messaging had become slightly blended, making it harder for each group to quickly find what they needed.

The opportunity was to simplify and clarify. Alongside this, I also support their wider content across social media, email, and blog, giving a broader understanding of how their messaging works across the business.

I restructured the website to create two clear pathways, one for schools, and one for educators, allowing each audience to navigate the site more easily and access information that felt relevant to them.

Rather than rewriting everything from scratch, the focus was on refining what was already there. Improving structure and flow so the content worked more effectively.

My role included:

  • Reviewing the existing website content and structure

  • Splitting the site into clear audience pathways (schools and educators)

  • Rewriting and refining key pages for clarity and ease of use

  • Improving overall flow so users could find what they needed more quickly

  • Ensuring tone remained consistent and appropriate for both audiences

  • Supporting ongoing content across social media, email, and blog

The result is a clearer, more structured website that works for both audiences. Making it easier for people to find what they need and take the next step.

Working with Amy has been a fantastic experience. She quickly understood our organisation, brand, and voice, and seamlessly applies this insight to the work she supports us with. Collaborating with Amy has been invaluable—she brings a fresh perspective and new ideas, which is especially valuable when it’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day.
